Let’s hold the horses for a second and review some things that you will do to your body and organism this summer without knowing how big an impact it is for them:
You will maybe travel. Maybe you didn’t know this but traveling into different time zones, areas with different weather, long distanced placed, is not really something your body is thankful for.
