How to lose 10 pounds in 7 days? So you had an I-don’t-give-a-funk phase and took some time for binge eating – feeding emotions – drinking and partying or relaxing? I suppose you got a few pounds, and now that great dress or suit doesn’t fit anymore? That is perfectly okay.

How to lose 10 pounds in a week without working out? Easy. Proper and easy diet, but healthy also is a key. 7 days is a short period of time and everyone can do it. We made this great and free meal plan for everyone to shrink their waist and look awesome in a week! Check it out! #extremeloser

Who is this diet for?

You want to cut 10 pounds and you need it fast. There’s good news and bad news. Based on that, you will know if this is for you, or not.

The bad news is it’s not easy. You will need a motivated and determined mindset. Realize the following please: there is no magic wand out there that will work with Abracadabra and make you lose 10 pounds. Give something to get something, no pain – no gain! Right?

Good news? There are several:

  • It’s only for 7 days! If you can’t put together 7 days give yourself time to think about everything. Sorry for being direct, but hey… 7 days buddy… C’mon…
  • Everything is prepared for you. 7-day meal plan with simple groceries. No complicated stuff like thai-mandarin chicken in the avocado sauce with black truffles. Keeping it real and simple!
  • There is no workout included! Yup, you hear me well, this program doesn’t require any exercise. It’s balanced nutrition (best combination of minerals and macros) that gives results.
  • It’s cheap. There will be no exotic fruits or something like that. Most of the groceries on the list you already have in your fridge, and even if you don’t, I believe you can get everything for $30 in any store!
  • It’s absolutely a free giveaway! It won’t cost you a dime! Stop wasting money on those little 7-day plans. You have everything here for FREE.
  • There is only one bad news and 5 good ones! Well… 6!

About the diet

This program is based on the military diet, but I made some modifications in order to speed up the result and make you feel better. It’s called military because you literally have to possess some soldier discipline in order to stick to it. You can Google a military diet and stick to it, you will probably lose weight, but you will cry like a child when you get in bed every night.

Dieting does not have to be suffering! It’s all about feeling good while you are doing it, and after, when you see results!

The original diet was extremely hard and I think no one should enroll it because ROI is really low. I edited the original, balanced the minerals and macros, and made this plan.

So far, people are enjoying it, I have multiple friends sending me before and after pictures. I even think about publishing them!

If you decide to take it, I would love to hear from you! You can ask questions, keep me updated and even send me your before and after photos! No worries, I promise I won’t publish anything without your permission.

Tips for the diet

Feel free to drink as much coffee or tea as you want, as long as you don’t add any calories from sugar or cream.

Water intake should be a minimum of 2 liters every day.

Sleeping hours should be around 7 hours.

Here are some substitutes for groceries you maybe don’t like to eat:

  • Cheddar cheese can be substituted with feta cheese
  • Tuna can be substituted with sardine
  • Apple can be substituted with a pear of ½ avocado
  • Broccoli can be substituted with kale or spinach
  • Vanilla ice cream can be substituted with dark chocolate (75% cocoa min)

Also, you can read our article about tips and tricks for weight maintenance, it should be helpful!

Advice: Take a picture of yourself before day 1! There is nothing shameful in making a photo record of your BEFORE body! After 7 days, take the pictures again, in the same pose, and spot the difference on your own!

Also, I would suggest that you consider taking a multivitamin with this diet, so dieting can be more efficient because you won’t lose your vitamins and minerals.

If you are a woman, you should definitely get Opti-Women – a multivitamin specially designed for women.

If you are a man, then Optimimum Nutrition has the multivitamin formula for you too:

These are essential for best results!

And again, I repeat: It’s hard, it’s effective, it’s powerful, it’s not for people who believe in the magic wand, but finally it’s only 7 days!
