Refund Policy

All refunds are subject to the following conditions in addition to the specific policy for each product.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do have a few requirements that must be met in order to qualify for a refund.  This is to protect ourselves because of those that abuse refund policies and product creators. It is also to encourage those that buy the products to give their best effort before making a decision.

  1. There will be no refunds given simply because you changed your mind after purchasing – or because you read through the materials and decided that you didn’t want to do it. This is not fair to us or to anyone else.
  2. There will be no refunds given for mistaking these products as hardcover or softcover books.  It is clearly stated and demonstrated on both sales pages that they are not, so we cannot offer refunds under these circumstances.

If you meet all of the conditions for the refund, please send your request to theteam@extremeloser.com.  If you qualify, you will receive a confirmation within 24 hours. If you do not meet the conditions on this page, you will not qualify for a refund.

Refund Policy for the Personalized Weight Loss Plan

If after 30 days of trying the product, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the Personalized Weight Loss Plan, you must (ashow an honest effort of participation in the private support group, or (b) send proof that you used the Personalized Weight Loss Plan with photos of yourself or approved meals.

We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly.

No refunds will be issued beyond 40 days after the purchase.

 

Refund Policy for the Extreme Fat Loss Plan

If after 30 days of trying the product, you are unsatisfied, you may qualify for a refund.

In order to qualify for a full refund of the Extreme Fat Loss Plan, you must send proof that you used the Extreme Fat Loss Plan with photos of yourself or approved meals.

We reserve the right to evaluate your request and to make a decision accordingly.
